We currently ship orders throughout the United States and Canada.

2. Production Timeline & Order Tracking

Every apparel item is custom-printed to order to prevent garment waste and ensure quality:

• Production Time: 3 to 5 business days for our fulfillment center to source and print your piece.
• Transit Time: 3 to 7 business days for postal carrier delivery.
• Overall Delivery Window: Most customers receive their items within 1 to 2 weeks.

You will receive an automated shipping notification with your tracking number the moment your package is scanned by the carrier.

3. Delivery Inquiries & Missing Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your parcel:

• Check with neighbors or household members. Carriers often leave parcels at side doors, porches, or neighboring steps.
• Wait 24 hours. Carriers occasionally mark parcels delivered prematurely while still in transit.
• Contact your local post office branch directly with your tracking number for carrier GPS coordinates.

4. Return & Exchange Policy

Because every apparel item is custom-printed upon ordering, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for sizing errors or change of mind.

Please review the size charts provided in every product photo gallery before completing your purchase.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

We stand behind our print quality. If an item arrives with a manufacturing defect, misprint, hole, or shipping damage, we will replace it right away.

To request a replacement:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
• Include your order number and clear photos of the defect.
• We will process and ship your replacement at zero additional cost.
